TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND ENTRY
In order to enter all participants must be registered.
To Register, please complete the Registration Form which can be downloaded here and email to surreyfestivalmt@gmail.com.
Once forms have been received you can enter.
Entries
The official entry form can be downloaded here and must be completed in block capitals.
Title and timing of ‘own choice’ items must be shown. Where there is choice of items in set piece classes, please state your choice on the entry form. Entries without this information, particularly a valid e-mail address, may be rejected and no late entries will be accepted under any circumstances.
Completed entry forms may be emailed to surreyfestivalmt@gmail.com or posted to:
SFMT, Glenmore, Stratford Road, Ash Vale, Hampshire GU12 5PT .
Entry fees may vary depending on the class and age of performer.
No receipt will be issued and no entry fees will be refunded. after entry. Please feel free to photocopy entry forms if you wish. Further forms are obtainable from Broadwater school.
